What material are your ear wires/hooks made of?
Plated iron and brass. Lead and Nickel free
What metal(s) do you use in your designs?
Metals: We use base metals (brass and iron) and electroplate in 14k gold and 18k gold.
Our silver pieces are plated in sterling. We recently launched a new NON-Tarnish collection of necklaces… our Eternal Collection.
Do you offer any non-tarnish pieces?
Yes, we just launched our Eternal Collection! The Eternal Collection is perfect for those who want to embrace their faith, whether as a personal reminder or a
thoughtful gift.
These pieces combine elegance with durability. Our Eternal Collection is crafted with durable, tarnish resistant metals.
What metals are used for the Eternal Collection (non-tarnish collection)?
There are a several excellent alternatives to pure gold/24k gold that are durable,
resistant to tarnishing and call still offer a high-quality look.
A few include: gold-filled jewelry, Vermeil, and PVD coated jewelry. LCJ is offering PVD for the Eternal Collection.
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a technique used to apply a thin coating to jewelry, providing a durable, high-quality
finish.

I lost ONE earring…may I just purchase one earring?
Helpful hint: LCJ earrings are very lightweight and can push out of the ear easily.
All earrings come with tiny rubber backs on them to ensure they stay in the ear. If
you lost an earring, please contact customer service and we will be happy to
help!
My jewelry tarnished…may I return it?
We really pride ourselves on quality. We rarely have damaged products. We
understand that quality is critical to our line and our reputation.

When will my products arrive?
All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Wholesale FAQs
Does the jewelry come priced and packaged?
All earrings are shipped to our wholesale customers on LCJ earring card with logo
and pre-priced with barcodes.
Necklaces, bracelets, and rings also come tagged and priced. Necklaces and bracelets will also come with faux leather LCJ logo jewelry bags.
What is your web/online policy?
LCJ allows retailers to load images and sell our products online. We do require
that they have a brick-and-mortar storefront supporting LCJ.
All online stores need to adhere to MAP pricing.
Does your line come with displays?
We offer handcrafted displays complimentary with opening order. Leslie’s dad and an Amish team construct and paint every display. Every customer will receive a
complimentary display with their initial order.
If more displays are needed, they may be purchased for $55 each plus freight. Images of each display are pictured in the catalog.
Can you customize displays for large orders?
We will absolutely work with clients to customize our displays to best fit their
needs.
May I exchange old stock for newer stock?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange program.
Can you share your lifestyle and product images that you can share with clients?
There is a Dropbox link located on our wholesale page.
How many necklaces will your necklace display hold?
20 nails
How many earrings will your display hold?
Earring displays: T-Bar holds 16 pairs of earrings. You can double up on nails to hold
more.
Can you share your product file with UPC numbers?
Absolutely, please reach out to our customer service team.
May I order custom jewelry (Example: different bead color, different chain, etc.)?
We do not offer custom orders/pieces at this time.
May I get this necklace longer in length?
We do offer most necklaces with a 2” extender. We do not offer custom lengths at this time.
May I get another a different color leather?
Most leather necklaces and earrings are offered in different leather colors but only
those colors which are indicated in the catalog.
May I get bracelets in smaller size for smaller wrists?
We are happy to do this occasionally if possible but our standard size (7 inches)
fits most wrists.
My favorite piece has been discontinued, do you still have stock?
Many times, we do have stock available in discontinued pieces. Please reach out to
customer service to inquire.
Where do you ship from?
We are located and ship from Pulaski, TN. We ship FedEx, UPS and USPS.
What’s your shipping lead time?
During Mart (Dallas and ATL) ship times tend to be 2 weeks.
Normally, we can ship within days. If
you need to rush your order, please communicate that to your rep or contact our customer service team.
Is your jewelry in Atlanta (Americas Mart) or Dallas (Dallas Market)?
Yes! We are represented by Fieldstone in Atlanta and Goetz in Dallas. We have a permanent showroom in Fieldstone and Goetz. Fieldstone, 230 John Portman Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, Building 2, Suite 912.
