Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For wholesale orders, please refer to our wholesale policy page for details. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURNS 

In the event that the goods you receive are not to your complete satisfaction, you may return them within 14 days of receipt provided that they are as good as new. Please follow the steps here to get your return process started. 

WARRANTY

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and be free from defects in materials and workmanship at delivery. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any and all claims must be reported to Leslie Curtis Jewelry within fourteen (14) days without exception. MISSING PIECES

In the event you lose an earring (it happens!), please reach out to our customer service team and we would be happy to sell you one earring at a discounted price. Our team can be reached on weekdays between 9am-4pm at customerservice@lesliecurtisjewelry.com or 931-347-9030.
